Digital accessibility status

The website is partially compliant with the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring the fulfilment of accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic operators (hereinafter referred to as the Act) due to the non-compliance or exemptions listed below.

Content not accessible:

  • No alternative descriptions for some graphics and photos – Some of the illustrative photos, including those showing dishes or the interior of the restaurant, do not have alternative text, which may make them difficult to understand for people using screen readers.

  • No transcription or audio description for video materials – promotional or instructional videos posted on the website do not have transcripts or audio descriptions.

  • Partial lack of keyboard support for less important elements of the website – some graphic and navigation elements (e.g. animations or interactive features) may not be accessible without the use of a mouse.

  • Lack of contrast and font size in less important sections – not all elements meet the minimum contrast requirements or have a font size that is too small.

  • No option to change the contrast mode or switch to a light/dark theme – currently, the website does not provide a switch to adjust the appearance of the website to the needs of users with limited visual perception.

Plans to eliminate digital accessibility errors

The restaurant’s technical team is working to gradually remove identified digital accessibility issues. Planned actions include:

  • supplementing alternative texts for graphics,
  • adding subtitles to video materials,
  • improved contrast and typography in less important sections,
  • improving the usability of the website exclusively with the use of a keyboard and screen readers.

Over the coming weeks and months, we intend to gradually eliminate all digital accessibility errors mentioned above.
The goal is to achieve full compliance with the requirements of Act upon completion of the work.

Facilitations, limitations and other information

Despite certain limitations in digital accessibility, we have ensured that the key features of the website are available to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. In particular:

  • The entire purchasing process – From browsing the menu to selecting products and placing an order, everything can be done using a keyboard and screen readers.

  • Keyboard navigation – Using the key allows you to quickly navigate to the most important sections of the page using Tab the "Skip to main content" link.

  • Contrast and typography – In the most important parts of the website (menu, shopping cart, order form), clear colour contrasts and fonts that meet accessibility requirements have been provided.

  • Interactive elements – buttons, links and forms have been clearly marked and described so that their function is clear even to users of assistive technologies.

  • Accessible forms – The forms used in the ordering process have been prepared in accordance with accessibility principles (labels, error validation, clear structure).

  • Header structure – The website maintains a logical hierarchy of headings, which enables efficient navigation using screen readers.
